An ancient art originated from the land of SIAM (Thailand), The Science of (8) Limbs, more than 2000 years ago. It is distinguished with the use of fist, elbows, knees and legs. Through generations, the art was developed into a refined phisical fitness, sports and self defence.
MUAYTHAI IN AREROBICS FORM
This is a method to review and refine the various forms of Muaythai-footwork, punches, kicks, elbows and Knees. this is done at the tune of a paced music.
BASIC PADWORK (LEVEL1)
Pad work is a way to practice the various weapons of Muaythai. It is like a training method to develop speed, power & Timing.

Our Gym is located at the heart of Makati City and is owned and manage by no less than the 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist & silver Medalist, Mansueto "ONYOK" Velasco Jr.. We offer comprehensive Boxing & Muaythai, and fitness programs such as body conditioning and strenght building to help urbanities keep healthy and fit. All our programs are taught by experienced and professional coaches & atheletes, and cover the basic styles to the most advance techniques. You'll be training in a fully-equipped gym with punching bags, an enclosed fighting ring, padded floors.
The classes are never a bore since you'll be training by groups. The energy and enthusiasm is really high in a class full of actives students.
If you want to have a high-intensity, full body program with added benifits, then Boxing and Muaythai Kickboxing are for you. Considred as two of the most dynamic and demanding sports and workout programs, these develop the upper body, core, and lower body.
